Can I get these products anywhere else?

No. Our products are available exclusively from the Cambridge Institute for Better Vision. That’s how we can keep your prices as low as possible!

I'm having trouble placing an international order on-line.

Customers who live outside the United States must follow this procedure to successfully complete their order:

 

  1. Fill in your information in the order requested.
  2. When you get to the country field, use the drop-down menu (the arrow on the right) to select your country.
  3. Wait for the page to refresh automatically.
  4. Enter a county only if appropriate - you can leave this field blank.
  5. Choose your Shipping Method.
  6. Wait for the page to refresh automatically.
  7. Enter your payment information. (Note that the format required for the expiration date is MM/YYYY. You are required to enter a two digit month and the four digit year.)
  8. Click on the Submit Order button. If you successfully entered all the required information, you will be taken to the next page. If there was an error in your information, you will remain on the same page and the errors you need to correct will be displayed. Correct any errors and click again on the Submit Order button.

What forms of payment do you accept?

MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. We do not authorize wire transfers or any other form of payment.

Can I pay by check?

Payment by check and money order are accepted when orders are mailed. Payment must be in U.S. funds. Checks received that are not in U.S. funds will not be honored, nor will they be returned.

Can I order by phone or by mail?

To order by phone have your credit card ready and call 800-372-3937 (toll-free from the United States). International callers call 1-978-801-1850. Call during regular business hours: 10 AM - 4 PM East Coast Time. Before sending in your order, call to determine exact shipping and handling charges. Or, you can email [email protected] with a list of the items you want and we will let you know the exact shipping and handling charges. Mail orders received without the proper shipping and handling charges will not be processed and will not be returned. Payment must be in U.S. funds. Checks received that are not in U.S. funds will not be honored, nor will they be returned.

Do I need a coupon code to place an order?

If you received a coupon code for a special offer, enter it, but a coupon code is not required to make your purchase. When you receive the order you are placing now, check the package! It will contain a coupon code that you can use for your next order.

What are the prices in my currency?

All prices that you see on this website are in U.S. dollars. There are many other websites that show you how to convert to your currency. Click here for Currency Converter

I haven't received instructions yet to download my purchase.

Some of our Vision Programs and Audio Events can be purchased as pdf downloads and/or mp3s. Instructions are emailed to you for immediate download as soon as your order is finalized. If you do not receive the email instructions, you either entered an incorrect email address when you placed your order or your spam filter is blocking the email sent to you. In the first case, check your email receipt and if you notice an error, email [email protected] with the correct information. Secondly, make sure you can accept email from any address that ends in @bettervision.com.

How do I return my purchase?

If you paid for the product that you want a refund for, you are not required to return it in order to receive a refund, though it would be appreciated if you did, so that we could donate it to another person. Simply email or call stating that you want a refund and it will be credited to your account within 48 hours. If you received an item on a Free Trial basis it must be returned before a refund can be issued. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

For international orders, additional duties and customs fees may apply, depending on your country. We cannot estimate what they might be, as they vary from country to country.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order is shipped on the next business day after it is received. You will be notified by email in the extremely rare instance that your items are on back order.

How long until I receive my order?

All orders are sent the next business day after they are received. How long it will take before you receive your order depends on where you live. United States: 5 - 10 days or less for standard shipping. (Faster delivery options available.) International: 3 - 5 weeks or less. (Delivery times vary from country to country. Delivery times may also be affected by Customs offices in certain countries.) International orders are shipped via U.S. Post Office Air Mail. (No other carriers can be used.) U.S. orders are most often shipped Parcel Post through the U.S. Post Office.

Are there customs charges or regulations?

There is almost never a duty, tax or Customs problem when you order a Vision Program, Audio Lecture or book. However, each country has different regulations as to what is allowable for import, some countries have regulations that do not allow for the importing of certain nutritional supplements. Therefore, it is your responsibility before you order to be sure that what you are ordering will be allowed into your country.

Also, upon a customs inspection of the package, additional taxes, duties and other fees may - or may not - be assessed, and you are responsible for the payment of any fees, duties, and/or taxes that your Customs office may charge. It is impossible for the Cambridge Institute for Better Vision to stay up to date with every country’s current customs regulations and/or charges.

Your order is sent to you the next business day after it is received. Customs regulations are enforced randomly, but when they are, it may significantly delay your delivery or even possibly prevent it altogether. Without any Customs issues, you should see your order within 20 business days or less. If you do not receive your order within that amount of time, the first step would be to inquire about your package with your Customs office. Referring to the Package ID number you receive in your Order Confirmation email may help to locate your package within Customs, but not always. If your order is refused entry into your country by your Customs office and returned to us we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. (Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.)
Please note: It may take months before Customs returns a package to us.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you are sent a Confirmation of Shipment email and you need to consult that in order to track your shipment. For orders shipped in the United States, the Confirmation of Shipment email contains a delivery confirmation number which you can use to track your order at the website given in that email. Orders shipped to other countries cannot be tracked, however the Confirmation of Shipment email contains a Customs ID number. You can contact your Customs office with this number to determine if the package is being held by Customs, because some countries have regulations that do not allow for the importing of certain nutritional supplements. (See the question above for more information.)
