The Advanced Program for Better Vision

The ADVANCED Program for Better Vision contains advanced eye exercises, processes, and techniques that challenge you to go farther in your process of vision improvement. Each one of the six new Vision Sessions builds on what you’ve already accomplished with The Program for Better Vision. You can create a new practice routine, combining these Vision Sessions with the ones that you already know.

The ADVANCED Sessions Contain:
SESSION 1: EYE WORKOUT - Part One

SESSION 2: EYE WORKOUT - Part Two People who wear glasses often feel nagging tension in their neck, forehead and shoulders, which contributes to eyestrain and poor vision. Experience two different and powerful sessions that release deep tension in the eye muscles and also free up secondary visual tension in the neck, shoulders and upper body.

SESSION 3: VISUAL & MUSCULAR FLEXIBILITY - One Eye

SESSION 4: VISUAL & MUSCULAR FLEXIBILITY - Two Eyes The lens of the eye changes focus over 100,000 times each day. Those who are nearsighted or farsighted have an excessive amount of tension and over-control in these focusing muscles. These Sessions make your eye movements easier and more flexible, giving you an expanded range of clear vision.

SESSION 5: LETTING GO OF VISUAL TENSION This visualization deeply relaxes you and your eyes, helping to soothe and tone your visual system. Learn specific ways to focus your inner healing power to your situation - nearsightedness, farsightedness, “middle-aged sight” or astigmatism.

SESSION 6: AFFIRMATIONS An affirmation is a positive statement that stimulates you to release inner barriers to seeing clearly and let go of limiting beliefs affecting vision. You’ll hear more than 30 Vision Affirmations that help you focus on all aspects of vision. Also includes Affirmation Writing Exercise.
